Hyderabad latest news: The political party, Congress, has refuted rumors about their part in the recent assault on South Indian actor, Allu Arjun's house in Hyderabad. The incident was apparently connected to a crowd mishap at Sandhya Theatre during a movie premiere on December 4, resulting in the death of a woman.

Unconfirmed claims circulating over social media platforms hinted at a probable connection between the incident's main instigator and Telangana's Chief Minister, Revanth Reddy. However, Congress quickly dismissed these suggestions.

Sama Ram Mohan Reddy, who speaks on behalf of Congress, announced to the media that the alleged individuals had nothing to do with the party. He warned that any party connections discovered would lead to that person losing their place.

Condemning the incident, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed his disapproval for such actions. He further ordered top-ranking law enforcement authorities to carry out stringent actions to ensure law and order are upheld. He indicated zero tolerance for any lapses in this matter and urged senior officials to prevent unnecessary involvement by officers not connected to the Sandhya Theatre case. Allu Arjun has Telugu film industry support.

Six suspects involved in the unrest at Allu Arjun's place were let go on bail on Monday, after being presented in front of a local court. According to the police details, late on Sunday, a group clutching signs congregated at the actor's Jubilee Hills abode and caused a ruckus.

Reportedly, one protester scaled the compound wall, hurled tomatoes, leading to the arrest of six individuals later proclaiming themselves as part of the Osmania University Joint Action Committee (OU-JAC).

Ramdas, legal counsel for the accused, stated the protesting students were orderly before the police stepped in, triggering a reaction of self-defence. Claims suggest protesters grappled with the security staff and spoiled the front area near the ramp. The site displayed signs of vandalism, including broken pots, shattered glass, and damaged plants, reportedly from stone throwing outside the actor's residence.
